Do you have a passion for theater, performance, storytelling, or production? The Devil’s Doorway Haunted Maze is seeking dedicated volunteers and paid positions to help bring one of Ventura’s most immersive haunted experiences to life. This is your opportunity to use your creative talents while supporting veterans and strengthening our community.

We are actively recruiting individuals in the following areas:

Performance & Acting

• Theatrical actors (all experience levels welcome)
• Character performers, scare actors, and immersive storytellers
• Voice actors and narrators
• Improvisational performers

Stage & Technical Production

• Stage managers and assistant directors
• Set designers and builders
• Lighting and sound technicians
• Costume designers and makeup artists (including special effects makeup)
• Prop designers and scenic artists
• Technical crew and backstage support

Creative & Marketing Support

• Marketing and advertising professionals
• Social media managers and content creators
• Graphic designers and photographers
• Videographers and promotional storytellers
• Public relations and community outreach volunteers

Operations & Support

• Event coordinators and logistics support
• Front-of-house hosts and guest engagement
• Ticketing and guest services
